Place was perfect and hospitable, greatly enjoyed the stay.
The property was clean, the room was fancy. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was high quality to satisfy everyone. The staff were very courteous and exceptionally nice and the location was stunning close to sea. Its service was impeccable.

Hotel is huge and modern. Room very spacious and kept clean. Super Pool Landscape.
Unfortunately there are not many catering possibilities in the evening except the buffet which was overpriced in our opinion.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast and beautiful pool area. We felt very comfortable.
On Sunday the room was only available around 18 o'clock. Waiting times at check-in are quite long.

Strongly recommend for a hurried visit
Really good service, excellent cleanliness, where we enjoyed an excellent breakfast with high-quality food and special accommodations for my son's allergies.
Nothing, it is perfect.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 day of spa. The room was good. Free entry to the spa but the prices for the spa facility are rather high. The breakfast was great on the terrace infront of the sea. Teh food and the service in the restaurant were also good. If you are booking this hotel you should consider that there's nothing exept only hotels, no entertainment and no bars and cafes except only that you have on the hotel territory. Very boaring stay but also very relaxing.
For a 5* hotel to have hundred year old tents on the beach is totaly not acceptable. It should be improved. On the check in the receptionist blocked the deposit on my credit cars and 1 week after its still not unblocked even though we paid by cash.

ease of access to dead sea and shopping mall
I loved that my room had a fine sea view and included a relaxing balcony where I could enjoy the scenery. The breakfast and dinner buffet had an amazing variety of delicious dishes to choose from. It's also just a short walk to the Dead Sea and the nearby mall, perfect for quick explorations in the area.

We stayed in one of the suites. Well worth the extra expense. It was an apartment and had a balcony that could fit 30 people on it easily and looked directly out onto the Dead Sea. The pools were within a stones throw and the Dead Sea was a quick stroll across the road in front of the hotel.
One night we had very poor room service with a rude and very impetuous staff member who bluntly stated that he wanted his tip in cash as opposed to being included on the bill and then incessantly rang on the door after 10:30pm to pick up the plates even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door and our 2 year old was asleep (we had been called earlier by him to see if he could pick them up and we had deposited the tray outside the door and someone else had picked it up). Other than that, the staff was very courteous and helpful.

Highly recommend for couples seeking relaxation
The food was amazing every meal was like a work of art. The spa facilities were great, I mean you just float like a king and forget about everything.
It wasn't cheap but for the experience? I'd say it was acceptable.

Close to the Village Beach and good air conditioning in rooms. Receptipn staff were reasonably helpful.
We paid for an upgraded bathroom but it was clearly very old and not well maintained (and they told us that ths was the best they had). The food was very ordinary and we were not impressed by the freshness of the salads.
